Patricia Ghikas PT, M.Ed, DPT

Patricia (Patty) Ghikas is the Director of Global Medical Partnerships for 3M Medical Solutions Division.  She has been employed by 3M and formerly KCI for the past 16 years and has served in a variety of positions in Sales, Medical Education and now Medical Partnerships as part of the Global Medical Sciences Department. Prior to working in industry, Patty enjoyed a long clinical career as a physical therapist with a specialty in wound care. She was a certified wound specialist (CWS®) through the American Board of Wound Management from 2002-2022. Throughout her career she has also been an active educator, administrator and consultant. Patty has presented both oral and poster presentations at wound care conferences including SAWC and CSWC, published in Topics in Geriatric Rehabilitation and the Remington Report and is co-author of the text book Case Studies in Rehabilitation.

Patty completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT , a Master of Education degree from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, MA, a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Geriatric Physical Therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA and in July, 2021, the Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program through the University of Montana.
